Booking Your Session
The booking fee is £60 and your booking is confirmed once the booking fee has been received. This fee reserves your chosen date and time exclusively for you and is non-refundable.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than the day of your session. Photography services cannot begin until full payment has been received.
Studio sessions include no travel costs. For location sessions, any agreed travel costs (such as Uber fares) will be added to the final balance and discussed before the shoot.

Rescheduling & Cancellation
Life happens, and we understand that plans sometimes need to change.
If you need to move your booking, a £50 rescheduling fee will normally apply unless otherwise agreed.
However, if the change is due to illness, injury, severe weather or circumstances outside your control, your session can be rescheduled free of charge, subject to availability.
If we are unable to photograph your session due to illness, injury or circumstances beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new date. If rescheduling is not possible, all monies paid will be refunded in full.
Where appropriate, we may recommend another trusted photographer, although we cannot guarantee their availability.

During Your Session
Please arrive on time so we can make the most of your booking.
If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your session will still finish at the originally agreed time to avoid impacting later bookings. The lost time cannot be added to the end of the session.
For children under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must attend the session and accept these Terms & Conditions on the child’s behalf.

Creative Style & Artistic Approach
Every photography session is unique.
By booking Popup Studio Collective, you acknowledge that you have viewed our portfolio and are familiar with our photographic style, editing approach and overall aesthetic.
While we always do my best to capture the ideas discussed before the session, photography is an artistic process influenced by many factors including natural light, weather, location, movement, timing and genuine interactions. Because of this, we cannot guarantee every specific pose, expression or image requested.
Creative decisions relating to composition, lighting, image selection and editing remain at our professional discretion.
RAW (unedited) image files remain the property of Popup Studio Collective and are never supplied. Only professionally edited, high-resolution JPEG images are delivered.

Choosing Your Images
Following your session, you’ll receive access to a private online proof gallery.

- ask us to select the strongest photographs on your behalf based on storytelling, composition and overall image quality.
Editing
Every selected image includes professional editing.
This typically includes:

If these services are requested, they may be quoted separately or declined depending on the nature of the request.

- colour correction
- exposure adjustments
- skin retouching
- general image refinement

- background replacement
- extensive compositing
- CGI or heavy digital manipulation
- significant body reshaping
- extending hair length or other major alterations
If these services are requested, they may be quoted separately or declined depending on the nature of the request.
Revisions
Your photographs are carefully edited before delivery.
If you would like additional changes after your final images have been delivered, further editing is charged at £10 per photograph.
For Gold and Diamond packages that include creative direction, styling or mood boards, one round of revisions is included. Additional revisions are charged at £20 per round.

Props & Styling
Studio sessions include the standard lighting and backgrounds provided by Popup Studio Collective.
You’re welcome to bring personal props or meaningful objects to include in your photographs.
If you would like me to source specific props, please let me know before your session. While I’ll always do my best to help, I cannot guarantee the availability of particular items unless confirmed beforehand.

Image Delivery
Your final edited photographs will be supplied digitally through a private online gallery.
Delivery is normally within 7 working days after your session.
The gallery will remain available for 30 days from the date of delivery.
Please ensure that all photographs are downloaded and backed up during this time. Extra time can be purchased for £10 a month. Once the gallery has expired, the gallery will be permanently removed, but can be rebuilt at a later time for £50 fee.

Image Usage
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, your final edited photographs include personal, professional and commercial usage rights. You’re welcome to use the images in whatever way best suits your needs.
Whenever possible, we always appreciate being credited when photographs are published online, in print or across social media.

Portfolio & Privacy
We love sharing the work we create and may use selected photographs from your session on our website, portfolio, exhibitions, printed material or social media.
If you would prefer your photographs to remain completely private, this can be arranged.
A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is available for an additional fee equal to 50% of the total project value. Once agreed, no images from your session will be published or shared publicly.
